GrowInnova is dedicated to develop skilled human resources and professionals in different sectors through a variety of skill-based and result-oriented tailor made training (TMT) and short courses for its partners and stakeholders, eventually aiming for impacts at scale. GrowInnova also organizes and manages exposure visits and traveling seminars and provides technical expertise upon request especially for promoting cross learning, building capacity and strengthening organizational learnings.

Our training uses interactive approaches to maximise the engagement of participants and ensure that the learning has practical applications. We use a mix of training methods balancing theory and practical applications through group assignments and case studies. So, the content and approach in our courses meet or exceed participants’ expectations. Once people join GrowInnova through aforementioned events, they become an integral part of our community of practice for continuous learning and an important segment of our growing network.
